KEEPING UP GOOD HEALTH

What would it be if we are not in a good health? Can we ever goes on with our life? Health is important to our life and as we go on with our life, we do not know what may happen.
This month of July, we celebrate nurition month which themed: "Wastong Nutrition, Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan". This theme serves an instrument or qoute to learn and apply our knowledge to the theme. It also states that we must give importance to our nutrition, maintain our good health and prevent diseases that may cause death. We can maintain our good health by exercise, eating balanced diet, eating healthy and nutritious foods (like go, grow and glow foods), taking vitamins, drink plenty of water and many more.
I believe in the saying "Health is Wealth" because health can also help us to attain our goals. How can we ever achieve our goal in life if we are sickly? Sometimes having not in good health, maybe one of the hindrances to achieve our goals. So, we must give importance and maintain our good health to prevent diseases.
